After your appointment, we will bill your insurance. Statements can be sent after your insurance has processed all the charges. This process varies for each insurance provider or plan, though a typical turnaround time is 30-45 days.
You may receive multiple statements for the same office visit. This occurs when claims are sent to the insurance provider at varying times. For example, charges for pathology are sent separately from the office visit or other procedures. In other cases, situations such as claim denials or inaccurate insurance information may result in multiple statements. Some cases may require the assistance of an outside lab in order to make a precise diagnosis. When this occurs, you may also receive a bill from either Providence Lab in Portland, OR or CTA Lab in Tigard, OR.

If you require assistance paying for your procedure, we accept CareCredit, a credit card service intended for medical expenses.
